Payment must be made before I start the commission

All payments must be made via Paypal unless otherwise stated

If you take more than 24h to pay and I have a queue, your slot will be moved to the bottom of the list

Complex characters and/or ideas may increase the price of the commission, ask for a quote for a more precise idea of price

You must be 18 years or older to commission me

I only work with characters with a VISUAL reference, unless you’re buying a custom design reference sheet

You must have at least an idea or theme of what you want made

Be clear on your idea as big changes are never free

You’ll receive regular WIPs once I start your piece

Please ask for the needed changes on the current stage of the process

And after the commission is finished, free changes are not possible at all

I normally don’t work or work very little on weekends and national holidays (I’m Brazilian)

I do not work with secret commissions, but you can ask me to delay posting it if it's a surprise for someone

Currently art commissions are not my main income, I have a full time job and I work here on my free time

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason

A common commission is normally finished within a week to a month, it depends on the complexity and your response time to the WIPs

If there is a deadline it must be stated on the price quote, if the deadline is closer than two weeks an urgency fee of 30% of the commission value will be charged

The client will receive the high resolution finished piece, in case of reference sheet a watermarked low resolution will also be sent

Please ask for desired changes on the current stage of the work (as in: ask for pose changes while on sketch phase, ask for color changes before I start to light and shade etc)

While I work on your piece I'll send a WIP at every important stage of the work or once a day. Days that I'm off will be visible on my Trello

Please do not ask for WIPs more than once a day as it may delay the working progress

I reserve the right to cancel a commission any time if I feel you’re having an inappropriate behavior to me (such as: flirting, insisting on roleplaying, being rude, constantly asking about private details of my personal life etc) and refunds will be providen according to the stage of the piece

Please understand that English is not my native language, said so, be very clear on what you want, visual references help a lot

Respect your place on the queue, as commissions are made in order of payment

If you want to cancel the commission for any reason, refunds will be providen matching the current stage of the piece, full refunds are only possible if the detailed sketch wasn’t yet started

If the piece is already finished, refunds are not possible

If for personal reasons I have to cancel the commission on any part of it, I’ll provide you a full refund

Accepted refunds may have to wait up to 30 days to be made from the day it is asked

You have all the rights over your character, but I have all the rights over the artwork

You may share the artwork on social medias as you wish, just remember to propperly credit me if you do so

You may not profit from my artwork in any way

You are not allowed to remove my signature or to claim the art as your own

All commissions are being sold with Personal Use Lincense only
